Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date and are subject to a handling fee*. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, returns can only be accepted for unworn, original condition items in original packaging. After processing your return request, Balanced will provide you a return shipping label via email. Return labels are good for 10 days and must be shipped and scanned by the carrier in this time window. Once your return is received and inspected it will be processed for refund in the form of original payment.

After processing, refunds take 3–5 business days to appear on your online bank statement. Orders purchased using a gift card will be refunded back to the original gift card.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, or you may contact us via email regarding your exchange.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
